Why this support matters now

So now my daughter can not drive and our car is not working the best to trust it so I ca take her to Dr appointments. I have to take her everywhere and help her daily with her eye drops and keep her wound clean and helping her continue car for her to heal. She can not work and we tried to get other assistance and nothing has helped. She really needs her teeth fixed also because there is some problems with her eating. It’s just me and my daughter and we live with my cousin that graciously let us stay with her because we are somewhat homeless. This has been very hard on both of us and hope you will help us in these trying times.

This is for my daughter she was in a horrible car accident Feb 16th 2026 in Pensacola Florida. She had to be flown by jet to UAB in Birmingham Al. Well in the accident she had lacerations all over her head, one went down her face and split her eye open and because of this she had surgery on her eye to try and fix this. Also the whole left side of her head either the bones were fractured or crushed. Unfortunately the bones in her jaw were crushed and they had to put two plates in her jaw to keep the bones together. Also 4 teeth were broken, she had a fracture to her spine as well. So we had to stay in Birmingham for a month and a half ….i wasn’t getting paid and had no savings …my daughter had some type of insurance but does not cover some of the hospital bill, medicine, copays, no dental insurance and now my car has a engine light on and she will need to go back to UAB for several Doctor appts at the end of the month . So we need money to hopefully get Va to where I can take her to appointments, copays, medication , travel, gas, and would like some money to help With her dental work as well. She will need cornea transplant but that will not be for another four months and her eye lid will need surgery because her eye does not close. Those two surgeries will not be till 4 more months. She has suffered vision loss in her left eye.
